How to withdraw from Dragonia: timings, limits and the rules that slow a payout
A withdrawal is where a casino is actually judged, so this page keeps to specifics: how to withdraw step by step, what each rail takes in hours or days, the minimum and maximum amounts, and why a payout stalls when it does. We review Dragonia from the outside — we are not the operator and we settle nothing; the timings below come from cashouts we requested on our own accounts. The deposit side is covered under how to deposit, the full rail-by-rail comparison sits on the payments hub, and the rest of the review starts at the homepage.
The cashout sequence, step by step
- Open the Cashier and switch to the Withdrawal tab.
- Choose from the withdrawal methods offered to your account — in most cases the rail you deposited with is preselected.
- Enter the amount, respecting the floor for that rail and the daily ceiling.
- Upload verification documents if the operator asks; on a verified account this step never reappears.
- Confirm. The request sits in review, then the money is released to the rail.
Two conditions have to be true before a cashout can even be submitted: any active bonus wagering must be cleared, and the destination has to be registered in your own name. A payout to a third party is impossible by design, not by policy preference.
Withdrawal methods and payout times
The rail decides nearly everything about payout speed. The operator's own approval was consistently the shorter half of the wait in our checks; the rest is transit time that no casino controls.
| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Payout time | Fee from the casino |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trustly | €20 | 1–2 hours | None |
| Skrill | €20 | 1–2 hours | None |
| Visa | €25 | 1–3 business days | None |
| Mastercard | €25 | 1–3 business days | None |
| Bank transfer (SEPA) | €25 | 1–3 business days | None (bank may charge) |
| USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20) | ≈€50 | Up to 24 hours | None (network fee applies) |
| Litecoin | ≈€50 | Up to 24 hours | None (network fee applies) |

Read that table with a calendar in hand. A card or SEPA request filed on Friday evening realistically settles on Tuesday, because business days are the unit and weekends are not business days. Trustly and Skrill ignore that problem entirely, which is the whole argument for using them.
Minimum/maximum withdrawal: the numbers that bound a cashout
The minimum withdrawal is €20 on the wallet rails, €25 on cards and SEPA, and around €50 on crypto. The floor exists to stop micro payouts whose processing costs more than the sum being moved, and it is enforced per request rather than per day.
The maximum withdrawal is set globally, not per method: the operator states €5,000 per day and €30,000 per calendar month across all rails combined. That is the ceiling that matters if a jackpot lands — the balance is paid out in instalments on consecutive days until it is cleared, and the remainder stays in the account meanwhile. For ordinary play the daily cap is never approached, and the minimum/maximum withdrawal pair effectively defines a comfortable band between €20 and €5,000 per request.
The same-method rule, and what happens when it cannot apply
Money returns the way it came. Deposit by card and the payout is routed back to that card as a refund; deposit through Trustly and the money returns to the same bank account. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement rather than a casino quirk, and it is why the rail chosen at deposit time quietly determines the payout weeks later.
Paysafecard is the case where the rule cannot apply, because a prepaid voucher has no account to receive funds. A balance funded that way is paid out through an alternative rail the operator nominates — normally a bank transfer or Skrill — and that alternative may itself need verifying first. If you expect to cash out, funding with a voucher is the least convenient starting point.
Verification: the one-time step that decides your first payout
The first cashout on a new account triggers identity checks: an identity document, a selfie holding it, and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or a bank statement in the same name. Where a card funded the account, proof that the card belongs to the account holder may be requested too. The operator states the review normally closes within 24 to 48 hours.
Because the check is one-time, the sensible order is to clear it while nothing is waiting in the queue rather than on the day you want your money. This portal has no part in that process: documents go to the operator's compliance desk inside its own cashier, and we neither receive nor store them.
When a payout is late: what to check first
A request still marked as pending has usually not been sent anywhere yet — the money has left the game balance but not the operator's side, and at that stage a cancellation is normally still possible. The three causes we see most often are unfinished verification, an unmet wagering requirement on an active bonus, and a destination whose name does not match the account.
If the stated window has passed with none of those in play, the transaction reference is what moves things along. Live chat runs around the clock alongside an email channel; a specific payout is traced by its reference number, and support cannot do much without it. If the answer is unsatisfactory, the escalation route is documented on the complaints page.
