Support: the operator's channels, and the editorial desk behind this site

Two different addresses that readers often mix up. Account problems belong to the operator's customer support team. Wrong numbers on this page belong to us.

Which channel to pick, and when

The operator runs customer support through two channels: live chat inside the site and email. There is no telephone line, and any number circulating as a "Dragonia hotline" did not come from the operator — treat it as a phishing attempt rather than a shortcut.

Live chat is the faster of the two and the right choice for anything time-sensitive: a deposit that has not landed, a game that will not load, a limit that appears to be misapplied. Email is better whenever files must travel — verification documents, a payment receipt from a bank app, a screenshot sequence that needs explaining. For anything you may later need to escalate, email wins for a duller reason: it produces a timestamped written record on its own.

Channels, hours and the response times we timed

The table below reflects our own test messages sent at different hours across a fortnight, not a marketing promise. First-response time is what we measured; full resolution took longer whenever a payment provider was involved.

ChannelHoursTypical first response
Live chat (in-site)24/7, including weekends2–5 minutes
Email to the operatorAnswered around the clock4–12 hours
Help centre articlesAlways availableInstant, self-service
Document verification queueReviewed daily24–48 hours
dragonia.io editorial deskMon–Fri, business hours (CET)Up to 48 hours

24/7 support is genuinely useful on this platform because payments do not respect office hours: a deposit that hangs at half past two in the morning is exactly the case a night shift exists for. Verification, by contrast, runs on a daily cycle whatever time you upload.

What the help center covers before you ever open a chat

The operator maintains a help center with articles on deposits, withdrawal timing, bonus terms and verification. It answers a surprising share of first-time questions — minimum amounts, which method pays out fastest, why a payout must return to the method used for the deposit — and it does so without a queue.

Our own equivalents sit on this site: measured timings and minimums on the payments pages, decoded small print on the bonus pages. When our figures and the operator's articles disagree, we say so on the page rather than quietly siding with either.

How to make one message do the work of five

Agents ask the same four things every time, so lead with them: the email registered to the account, the date and time of the problem with your time zone, the amount in euro, and the transaction reference. Add a screenshot showing the status exactly as your screen shows it, and end with one sentence naming the outcome you want.

Ask for the chat transcript to be emailed to you before closing the window, and keep every ticket number. If the same issue is raised through a second channel, quote the original ticket so the case is not split. Should support reach a dead end, the escalation ladder — formal written complaint, ADR scheme, then ADM — is set out on our complaints page.

Contact us: the editorial desk

Contact us when something on this site is wrong, out of date, or unclear: a minimum that no longer matches the cashier, a payout window that has shifted, a broken link. Corrections are published with a visible revision date rather than removed in silence, and reader reports about real withdrawal experiences are the most valuable input we receive after our own tests.

What we cannot do is act on an account. We hold no funds, see no balances and have no access to anybody's profile — those requests have to go to the operator. Who writes and answers for these pages is set out on the author page, and the wider method is described in about us. The guide itself starts from the English homepage.
