Do losing bets count toward the requirement?
Yes. What is counted is the total amount staked, not the outcome. A run of losses clears the requirement at exactly the same rate as a run of wins, which is why the target is reached by volume of play rather than by luck.
What happens if the window closes with the requirement unfinished?
The remaining bonus balance and any winnings attached to it are forfeited. Seven days is the standard here, and no extension is granted, so the honest question before claiming is whether the required turnover fits inside a week of the play you already intended.
Can I withdraw my own deposit while a bonus is running?
Requesting a payout with an unfinished requirement normally cancels the bonus and everything won from it. Your own funds return, the bonus does not. If you decide a bonus was a mistake, ask support to remove it before placing a bet rather than trying to withdraw around it.
